Return & Refund Policy

1. Delivery Delays
A refund or reshipment request may be submitted in the following cases:
- The order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery time.
- No tracking updates are available for an extended period.
- The shipping period exceeds 30 days from the dispatch date.
The customer may be required to contact the local post office if the order is awaiting pickup.
2. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that the order was delivered but the customer did not receive it,
we may request an official statement from the shipping carrier confirming non-receipt.
The following cases are not eligible for a refund:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Failure to collect the order within the specified timeframe.
3. Damaged Products
We accept compensation or refund requests if the product arrives:
- Clearly damaged.
- Or with defects that affect its usability.
The customer may be asked to provide photos or a video showing the issue.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
We support the following cases:
- Receiving a completely different product than ordered.
- Receiving the product in the wrong color or size.
- Missing parts of the product.
If a minor part is missing and does not affect usage, only the missing part may be reshipped.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before processing begins at the warehouse.
Once the order enters the preparation or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.
Customized or special orders are non-cancelable after payment.
6. Return Shipping
In certain special cases, we may request the product to be returned. The customer will be provided
with a return address upon approval.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Limitations and Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or force majeure.
- Some countries may experience longer-than-usual shipping times.
- We do not accept returns for used or opened products.
